A plywood core frame layered with foam, fibertex, and wadding holds that curved shape, while its metal fittings and floor glides stay hidden beneath the fabric. Arde Design Studio, the Copenhagen practice founded by Rene Hougaard, designed the chair for New Works as the starting point for the
